Legaltech startup Clara, based in the UAE, has announced its successful acquisition of BOTH Corporate Services Limited (BCS), a prominent corporate services provider in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This strategic move signifies a key milestone for Clara, as it embarks on an acquisition strategy to rapidly expand its customer base and offer innovative services to a broader audience.
