The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) recently unveiled a comprehensive suite of services designed to streamline and enhance visitor experiences to the UAE, as well as bolster efficient communications between government entities and international missions. Aligned with the UAE Strategy for Government Services 2021-2025, the new offerings aim to elevate the standard of hospitality and communication, in line with the nation’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

The newly introduced Visits Service is geared towards simplifying the travel process for guests and delegates visiting the UAE. By facilitating necessary arrangements such as travel permits, accommodation, transportation, and other logistical requirements, the platform ensures a seamless and hospitable experience for visitors, underlining the UAE’s dedication to providing exceptional services and fostering a welcoming environment.

Additionally, the Invitations and Communications Services, an integral component of the initiative, are designed to facilitate high-quality, timely, and efficient communication between the MoFA, UAE Embassies abroad, foreign diplomatic missions, international organizations, and government entities. This comprehensive suite of services encompasses various features including diplomatic notes, official invitations, telegrams, and letters, all accessible through a secure online platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency in communication.

Saif Abdulla Alshamisi, the Assistant Undersecretary for Protocol Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to delivering exceptional and comprehensive services that cater to the dynamic needs of stakeholders. He highlighted the platforms as significant steps towards enhancing the UAE’s position as a global leader in innovation and hospitality.

The introduction of these advanced services falls in line with the country’s overarching vision, “We the UAE 2031,” and serves as a crucial milestone in the realization of the objectives outlined in the UAE Centennial 2071, and in accordance with the Principles of the 50.

UAE missions abroad, government and local entities, as well as foreign missions accredited to the UAE, can leverage these services through the MoFA’s official website, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for stakeholders.
