The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has announced the renewal of K2 Airways’ charter licence, effective immediately. This decision follows K2 Airways’ successful fulfillment of all necessary conditions stipulated by the CAA.

According to the PCAA, K2 Airways has satisfied all requirements, leading to the approval of their charter licence renewal. However, the airline has opted to withdraw its application for the Tourism Promotion & Regional Integration (TPRI) licence.

Currently, K2 Airways is in the process of procuring an aircraft as it prepares to commence its operations.

The PCAA affirmed its commitment to upholding the safety and security standards of all airlines operating within Pakistan. It reiterated its dedication to monitoring and regulating the aviation industry to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

The renewal of K2 Airways’ charter licence marks a significant milestone for the airline as it progresses towards its goal of offering reliable and efficient air travel services to passengers in Pakistan and beyond.
