The LDA- Lahore Development Authority is all set to launch its new Lahore affordable apartment project. In the first phase, the LDA will develop over 4,000 apartments in an area called “Halloki” in Lahore.
However, in the next three years, a total of over 35,000 apartments will also be constructed in different areas of Lahore, according to the programme.
This project for apartments will be focused, according to the sources, on 5 different sizes comprising 650 sq. Yards, sq. 800 Yards, sq. 1,100 Yards, sq. 1,500 Yards, and 2,200 yards square.
SM Imran, Vice-President, also reported that the LDA had signed an agreement for this project with BOP-the Bank of Punjab. The allotment letters will be provided by LDA; however, BoP will provide the loans for the apartments as per the agreement.
