Manama, Bahrain – Beyon Solutions, a subsidiary of Beyon Group (also known as Bahrain Telecommunications Company), has announced the acquisition of Link Development, a leading Egyptian software solutions firm. The acquisition marks a significant step in Beyon Solutions’ strategy to expand its footprint across the Middle East. The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.
Link Development, founded in 1996 by Khaled Bichara, offers a wide range of technology solutions across various platforms and products, catering to both public and private sector organizations. The firm’s services include cloud and infrastructure, data and analytics, operational excellence, strategy and consultancy, and employee and customer experience. With seven offices and a workforce of 700 employees, Link Development serves prominent clients such as the Government of Dubai, the Labor ministries of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Development Bank, Magrabi, Bupa, Vodafone, and other leading international and regional entities.
Beyon Solutions, known for providing cloud, application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and consultancy services to enterprises and governments, aims to enhance its service offerings and regional reach through this acquisition. The integration of Link Development is expected to create one of the largest hubs for digital transformation services in the region.

This acquisition represents the eighth successful exit for A15, the Egyptian investment firm that has previously celebrated notable exits such as Tpay and ConnectAds. The completion of the deal is pending regulatory approvals in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
