Saudi Arabia launches revolutionary real estate registry platform

Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, unveiled the Real Estate Registry (RER) Platform, a pioneering digital hub poised to transform the real estate landscape. The platform offers a comprehensive array of services, including mortgage registration, integration of real estate rights and obligations, and a host of other convenient features accessible within a centralized framework.

The momentous inauguration took place at the Saudi Proptech Summit in Riyadh, where the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (Real Estate Registry – RER) actively engaged. The summit serves as a vital platform for disseminating knowledge within the Saudi real estate market and fostering increased investments in the Kingdom.

Dr. Mohammad Al-Suleiman, CEO of RER, expressed his pride in the company’s active participation in the summit and eagerness for the introduction of the groundbreaking RER Platform. Underlining the significance of the platform, Al-Suleiman emphasized its role in ushering in a new era aligned with the company’s future vision of nurturing a credible and transparent real estate sector.

Al-Suleiman underscored that the platform serves as a central hub for all real estate transactions, providing a secure and dependable environment for the seamless completion of property transactions. Emphasizing the platform’s efficiency, he highlighted its capacity to provide rapid and effective access to vital information pertaining to real estate and transactions. This digital transformation of the sector is facilitated through a comprehensive data bank that caters to the needs of investors, property owners, brokers, and real estate developers, contributing to the overall advancement of the real estate domain.
