Bringing with her a rich tapestry of experience spanning over two decades in the international tourism and hospitality sector across South America, North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and China, Salla has contributed significantly to various Marriott brands. Her extensive career includes holding key leadership roles at W properties in Qatar, Indonesia, and China.

Her professional journey includes pivotal tenures at two Ritz-Carlton properties for six years, where she played integral roles at Bali (2017-2020) and Fari Islands, Maldives (2020-2023). With a decade-long contribution to the W brand, she honed her leadership skills and actively participated in the pre-opening of several W properties. Salla initiated her career with Disney Cruise Lines before transitioning to land-based hotel operations.
