Muhammad Zohaib Khan nominated as new chairman of P@SHA

Pakistan Software House Association (P@SHA) held its annual elections, choosing new board members for the Central Executive Committee (CEC). Muhammad Zohaib Khan of A2Z Creatorz was unanimously proposed by CEC as the Chairman P@SHA.

Mohsin Ali (Inbox), Shahzad Shahid (TPS), Jamil Goheer (Virtual Force), Mudassir Malik (App Genni), and Azam Mughal (Secure Beans) were recently elected members of the CEC. Every year, the CEC consists of 5 freshly elected members and 5 returning elected members. A new CEC chose new P@SHA office holders, including Zohaib Khan as chairman, Ali Ihsan as senior vice chairman, Khurram Rahat as vice chairman, and Shahzad Shahid as secretary (Treasurer).

Leaders in the IT sector, trade associations, and top government officials have welcomed the new CEC and office holders and expressed a desire to collaborate with IT firms and exporters under this energizing and well-respected leadership.

Mr. Zohaib Khan has presented his perspective and conveyed his sincere gratitude for this duty:

Take IT exports to $10 billion during the following five years. Work with the government to reinstate the IT industry’s tax holiday until 2030.

Improve the cost and simplicity of doing business by working with government agencies including SECP, FBR, and SBP.

Create industry-university partnerships to advance advanced and market-based skills. Help globalize Make in Pakistan products by promoting them.

Increase Brand Pakistan’s global reach through engaging in reputable trade, lobbying, and publishing activities.
