Cherry to Officially Launch 7-Seater SUV in Pakistan

According to Chery, who released a statement on the matter, the company will soon launch their seven-seat SUV Sorento in Pakistan, following Kia’s lead.

Chery’s arrival in Pakistan has finally been verified through a Facebook post by the company.

The Tiggo 8, a midsize crossover SUV, is Pakistan’s first Chery Automotive Company Ltd. model to be unveiled. It is extremely likely to face off against the Toyota Fortuner and the Kia Sorento.

Reports reported that Ghandhara Nissan Limited (GNL) is working with Chery on plans to introduce electric vehicles (EVs) in Pakistan.

An official announcement was made at the company stating that a new plant is being built in Pakistan to manufacture electric vehicles in the next three years.
