National Incubation Centre conducts National Investor Summit 4.0

On Thursday, Day 1 of the National Investor Summit, the National Incubation Centre invited entrepreneurs and members of emerging startups from the fintech, FMCG and software sectors to present their products and services through a video conference. Haris Javed, Jazz’s Head of Digital Products & Development, spoke at the summit about how Jazz is helping to create a digital Pakistan by fostering NIC startups and providing additional support through the Jazz xlr8 program.

The following are some of the prominent startups and their solutions for the Pakistani market:

Bayfikr (A FinTech startup)

To boost digital financial inclusion, Bayfikr is working to allow overseas Pakistanis to pay their Pakistani utility bills, fees, and hospital bills directly from their international bank accounts.

Dextrech (prosthetic hands manufacturer)

For individuals who have lost limbs in injuries, Dextrech is designing indigenous modular and durable prosthetic hands.

Paystry (A FinTech startup)

Paystry is a robust Fintech solution with a wide variety of capabilities. One can send and receive money easily, make payments, shop online, and make donations.

ISP (environmental solutions startup)

Pakistan’s first integrated waste management facility for industrial waste management is under construction.

Slosh (Software development company)

SLOSH is working on tools to diagnose Lung Cancer using Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning algorithms.
