In Karachi, Sindh, TPL Properties Limited will soon build a unique state-of-the-art technology park. As per the company, this “Technology Park” will be the first in the province of Sindh to have high-technology facilities.
This high-end IT infrastructure platform would also provide an apt platform for many IT businesses across Pakistan. The TPL Properties also projected that by including planning and designing, the project would be completed within two years.
TPL Properties have sent a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and entered into a ‘Sale Agreement’ as well. However, it is the purchase of plot number 25-B that calculates a total of approx. 10,000 square yards and it is located in Korangi Industrial District, Karachi, Sector No. 30. After the official approval is obtained, the building will begin soon.
