During the upcoming Senate elections, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sindh chapter claimed to develop software for the detection of horse trading.

The PTI Sindh chapter attempted to stop horse-trading through a ‘software’ that would produce specific voting trends ahead of Senate polls for each member of the provincial assembly (MPA).

PTI Sindh leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi stated that during Senate elections, various voting patterns would be given to all MPAs. He said that the program has the potential to identify lawmakers’ violations of the voting pattern.
