The newly established office, situated in the central district of Holborn at Chancery House, will serve as a pivotal hub for NEOM’s European operations, fostering stronger connections and collaborations with entities across the continent.
The distinguished opening ceremony was graced by notable figures including Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, the Rt Hon Oliver Dowden CBE MP, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and Nadhmi Al-Nasr, CEO of NEOM. Addressing the esteemed guests and strategic partners, the key stakeholders highlighted the significance of this milestone in strengthening global collaborations and reinforcing NEOM’s commitment to addressing pressing global challenges through innovation and sustainability.

Heading the new NEOM Europe entity will be Abdallah Alhazani, transitioning from his current role as an Executive Director of Oxagon, NEOM’s center for advanced and clean industries. Abdallah brings with him a wealth of experience from his tenure as an Executive Director of NEOM Investment Fund, NEOM’s strategic investment arm, further solidifying NEOM’s leadership team.
