Saudi Arabia has unveiled a groundbreaking digital platform aimed at revolutionizing the nation’s real estate sector. The newly launched ‘Real Estate Market’ platform simplifies real estate transactions while offering an array of electronic services tailored to both property owners and buyers.
Saudi Justice Minister, Walid Al-Samaani, inaugurated the innovative platform in Riyadh on August 27, marking a significant leap forward for the country’s real estate landscape. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) underscored the platform’s mission to enhance the customer experience and instill transparency and reliability in the real estate sector.
This initiative is a pivotal component of the Real Estate Wealth Digitization project, a cornerstone of the ministry’s contributions to the national transformation program.
